We evaluate each piano individually and do not guarantee that a piano will be accepted for donation or rehoming until its condition and available options have been reviewed.
When possible, we make an effort to find an appropriate second home for usable pianos. If a piano is damaged, deteriorated, or otherwise unsuitable for rehoming, we can arrange responsible removal, recycling, or disposal as appropriate.

Planning to Donate Your Piano? Confirm Acceptance First
If you are arranging for your piano to be delivered to a charity, nonprofit, school, church, or other organization, please confirm that they have reviewed and accepted the piano before we pick it up.
Many organizations have restrictions based on the piano’s age, condition, size, brand, or available space. If we transport a piano to a donation location and they decline to accept it, additional transportation, removal, or disposal charges may apply.
If you are unsure where the piano can go, contact us first. We can review the piano and discuss possible removal, donation, or rehoming options.
NOTE: If you are donating your piano to say Goodwill, Salvation army etc. Make sure that they have viewed your piano. If we pick up and take it to the donation center, there is a chance that they will not accept the piano. We will end up charging an additional fee if we are forced to dispose of it.
